Mohd Ismail Bin Masri holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science in Information Studies from UITM. He began his career at UniKL MSI, Kulim, serving various departments as Head of Admin, HR & Finance, Student Affairs, Quality Assurance and later as Assistant Lecturer. He was then appointed as Manager at Gabungan Wawasan Generasi FELDA and Bekalan Air Selangor in Event Management Department. In 2014, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Gabungan Wawasan Generasi FELDA, overseeing the whole operations. On 1 January 2018, he was appointed as an Executive Director of HR, Admin, and IT at Suasa Efektif (M) Sdn Bhd and later was appointed as an Executive Director of Operations & Enforcement. In July 2023, he was appointed as Managing Director of Suasa Efektif (M) Sdn Bhd.
Tengku Haris Fadzilah Bin Tengku Abd Jalil @ Tengku Abd Murad Shah started at Suasa Efektif in 2001 as a Customer Relations Executive. He later managed branches in Kajang and Sepang. By 2013, he became Senior Manager of the Enforcement Department. In July 2023, he became Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, and in June 2024, he took on the role of Executive Director of Corporate & Business Development.
Norhaizan Bin Omar earned his Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 1999 and completed his Master’s in Business Economics in 2024 from UiTM. He joined Suasa Efektif (M) Sdn Bhd in 2014 as Human Resources and Administration Manager. In 2020, he was promoted to Senior Manager, overseeing the Human Resources and Administration Department. In 2022, he advanced to the position of General Manager, leading the Department of Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology. Effective 1st July 2023, Norhaizan Omar was appointed Executive Director of Operation and Enforcement.
