establishment

Founded in December 1992, Suasa Efektif (M) Sdn Bhd has evolved into one of Malaysia’s foremost experts in providing comprehensive parking management solutions.

20-years concession agreement

In 1999, the company entered into a 20-year concession agreement to oversee on-street parking facilities for several local councils in the state. These councils include the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA), Selayang Municipal Council (MPS), Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj), Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang), Kuala Selangor Municipal Council (MPKS). Most recently, Suasa Efektif has expanded its operations to include the Seremban City Council (MBS), managing parking in the Nilai and Seremban areas.

Presently, the company manages over 115,000 parking bays across the jurisdictions of these councils.

In addition to managing on-street parking, Suasa Efektif also operates closed parking facilities in Section 14 (Shah Alam), CBD Perdana 3, Malakat Mall, and KDN (Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur).
